Monroe and West Monroe
Most of the houses I look at are here — older homes in the established neighborhoods on both sides of the Ouachita, rentals that have run their course, and inherited properties that have sat while a family figured out what to do. Knowing the street, not just the zip code, is what makes an honest number possible.
The surrounding parishes
I regularly work with sellers outside the city limits as well, across Ouachita Parish and into the neighboring parishes. Rural acreage, mobile homes on land, and small-town properties are all things I'm willing to look at — some fit a direct purchase and some are better listed, and I'll tell you which.
